October's Guest Speaker: Mama Charlotte Oneal, internationally known Black Panther in exile in Arusha, Tanzania. She will be traveling here for the 55th and we would talk about the artistic Black Panther compound that she has been running since 1970. She runs, UAACC in Arusha and we recently augmented the murals on her compound.
